What You’ll Do

As a PSC Sales Representative, you’ll be the voice customers hear when they need product recommendations, technical support, ordering assistance, or help troubleshooting a steering issue. You’ll work closely with the Sales Lead and the rest of the Sales Team in a collaborative, highvolume environment where accuracy, communication, and product knowledge matter.

You’ll be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right PSC products, supporting dealers, and helping customers resolve installation or performance issues. This role blends sales, customer service, and technical support — and plays a key part in PSC’s continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Support

• Take incoming and make outgoing calls related to sales, technical support, and customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate PSC products.
• Provide clear, professional communication in highvolume phone and email environments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty.
• All other assigned duties and responsibilities.

Dealer Development & Lead Generation

• Develop new leads through proactive dealer outreach.
• Build and maintain strong B2B and B2C relationships.
• Support dealer growth by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.

Technical Support & Product Knowledge

• Maintain working knowledge of vehicle steering systems and hydraulics.
• Assist customers with installation questions, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
• Stay informed on PSC products, updates, and available configurations.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to stay informed.

Sales Operations & Collaboration

• Evaluate transactions for pricing accuracy and customer needs.
• Maintain and update sales records and forecasts.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings with the team and leadership.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.

General Support

• Represent PSC Motorsports with professionalism and a customerfirst mindset.
• Assist with additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of experience in automotive parts sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, multitask, and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Acctivate (or willingness to learn).

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Set-Up and Operate CNC Mills and Lathes. (HAAS and YCM)

* Be able to interpret blueprints and drawings.

* Edit CNC programs as needed.

* Understanding how to operate the machine, configure proper settings, and load proper tooling per job.

* Machine product to specification and be able to use appropriate precision measuring equipment to check product dimensions to ensure they are within tolerance.

The following QUALIFICATIONS are REQUIRED:

* A minimum of 5 years of CNC machinist experience.

* Ability to complete job from set-up to completion.

* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

* Be proficient with Calipers and Micrometers. Experience with depth gauges and other QC-related instruments is a plus.

* Have experience working with a variety of metals.

* Be punctual, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.

* Personal Tooling a plus.

* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Work Hours: M–T 5:00am – 3:30pm

The Manufacturing Specialist is an integral part in the daily activities of a high-volume manufacturing facility. Our Manufacturing Division is responsible for the assembly, testing, Quality control for steering gears, pumps, and cylinders. In addition, servicing existing customer parts is critical to our success and the Manufacturing Specialist will be responsible for teardown, evaluation and rebuilding as needed.

The Manufacturing Specialist may be asked to assist in the execution of weekly inventory cycle counts, quarterly inventory check counts and annual inventory count of all products within the Manufacturing Division. The Manufacturing Specialist will have to possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, mechanically inclined and organizational skills to function in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Manufacturing Specials will be exposed to both climate and non-climate-controlled work environments. The Manufacturing Specialist will assume and take responsibility for all other assigned tasks as needed.
